Vishionary Fitness was created with one goal: to empower women to take charge of their health through strength, movement, and intentional support. Founded by AJ Vishnubhotla—a NASM-certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience—Vishionary Fitness is rooted in personalized training, mobility work, nutrition guidance, and a strong commitment to sustainable progress.

AJ’s passion for women’s wellness began at home. After his mother underwent heart surgery, he helped guide her through a complete health transformation—supporting her with movement, mindset, and better habits. Three years later, she was thriving and taken off her heart medication. That moment changed everything. It became clear that fitness, when done right, could be life-saving.

From that experience, Vishionary Fitness was born—not just as a training service, but as a mission to help women reclaim their confidence, take control of their bodies, and live healthier, more resilient lives.

AJ brings not only clinical knowledge from his studies in Allied Health at UConn, but also real-world insight from his time as an endurance athlete, mobility specialist, and former member of the UConn Women’s Basketball Practice Squad. He understands the value of discipline, community, and showing up—especially on the days when motivation runs low.
